Dr. Goodman is an experienced Clinical Child Psychologist offering effective treatment methods designed to increase positive interactions between children and parents.
She specializes in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), a time limited intervention with two goals: helping parents and children to build more positive relationships and assisting parents in becoming more effective at discipline and limit setting.
Dr. Goodman provides consultation on specific childhood behavioral and emotional concerns such as defiant/oppositional behavior, temper tantrums, anxiety, phobias, issues regarding divorce/separation, peer relationship problems, depression, and many other child development issues.
